Create an application or request a call
Use the agency program page to create a login or request a founder-led onboarding call. Creating the login saves a durable application against your verified email, so the Review Magic team can follow up even if you do not book a call in the same session.
If you already have an active agency workspace, use Agency portal instead. Signing in from the agency program sends an existing agency operator to that workspace rather than creating a second client account.
Prepare the portfolio at the right grain
Count legal clients separately from brands. One client may own several brands, but that client still has one ownership and billing boundary. This distinction determines how many organizations, owner authorizations, and launch conversations are required.
- Agency legal name, website, primary contact, and time zone.
- Approximate number of legal-client accounts and brands per client.
- Primary Amazon marketplaces and approximate active listing count.
- Verified owner contact for each legal client.
- Agency staff who need owner, manager, or analyst access.
- Preferred operational notifications and the proposed launch order.
- A reviewed ASIN list or Seller Central report for each client and brand.
The verified launch sequence
- Create the verified agency application or request the onboarding call.
- Review portfolio fit, client hierarchy, catalog size, team roles, marketplaces, notification routing, and launch sequencing with Review Magic.
- Have an authorized signer execute the exact current agency agreement and complete the required tax setup.
- Review Magic verifies the signed agreement evidence and creates the agency workspace; the agency owner receives an invitation.
- Map each legal client, its child brands, and every listing without combining unrelated owners or billing relationships.
- Provision each agency-client relationship as preauthorized only. At this stage it remains hidden from the agency operating portfolio.
- Have the verified client owner accept the exact current operational-access authorization.
- If the client wants the agency to authorize paid actions, collect the separate current fee delegation from the client owner.
- Activate monitoring and operations in measured waves and verify catalog errors, routing, queue health, and client questions before expanding.
What account creation does not do
- It does not approve the agency partnership or replace a signed agreement.
- It does not create an active agency workspace by itself.
- It does not connect a client, brand, Amazon account, or catalog.
- It does not authorize an agency to view or change client data.
- It does not authorize a fee, charge a client, or start an agency revenue share.
- It does not let an agency remove a client owner or prevent access revocation.
Know the launch commercial scope
Review Magic contracts with and bills each legal client directly. Under the executed launch agreement, signed current-period agency share is 50% of signed Amazon Partner Profit plus or minus approved agency-share adjustments. Opening agency-share loss carryforward then offsets positive current-period share before a new amount is earned.
Collected Amazon cash is already net of discounts and credits, so they are disclosed but never deducted twice. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, directly attributable Amazon costs, and the annual operating-cost allowance determine Partner Profit. Reserves and minimum payout affect payment timing, not Partner Profit.
Google, Yelp, Walmart, and all other non-Amazon revenue remain outside the agency share unless a later written addendum explicitly changes that scope.
What happens after activation
The agency portal becomes the portfolio operating view. Authorized clients appear only after their owner consent is active, and each client retains its underlying business, brands, catalog source data, client-level billing boundary, payment controls, exports, and revocation controls. Review Magic remains the contracting provider and system of record.
Use agency onboarding for the client-and-brand manifest, agency catalog control for reviewed listing imports, and the client authorization status before expecting a provisioned client to appear in normal portfolio work.
