How removals actually work
Our process is deliberately narrow and entirely within Amazon's own systems:
- Scheduled monitoring. We scan your listings on a schedule — every 12 to 72 hours depending on how active the listing is — using only public review data. There is no live feed and we never log in to your Seller Central.
- AI flags candidates. Each review is checked against Amazon's written policies. The AI surfaces candidates; it never files anything on its own.
- A human specialist reviews every case. A trained person reads the review, confirms the policy violation, and builds the evidence with a specific policy citation.
- We file through Amazon's official channels. The same report-this-review flow Amazon offers every shopper and seller — no back doors, no manipulation.
- We verify, then bill. After filing we re-check the live listing for ~48 hours. A success fee is charged only after we confirm the review is gone. If Amazon declines, you pay no success fee.
What we never do
- We never write, buy, or incentivize reviews.
- We never contact reviewers or shoppers.
- We never offer compensation in exchange for changing a review.
- We never ask for or use your Seller Central credentials.
- We never mass-flag reviews automatically — every appeal is a human-reviewed, policy-cited case.
Reviews that simply criticize your product are not removable, and we will tell you so rather than file a weak report that puts your account at risk.
The Amazon policies we cite
Every appeal references a specific clause from one of Amazon's published policies:
- Community Guidelines — what belongs in a review (product, not seller/shipping).
- Customer Review Policies — prohibited content: profanity, PII, promotional content, and more.
- Seller Code of Conduct — the rules sellers (and their service providers) must follow.
Links go to Amazon's own help pages; Amazon may relocate them over time.
What a case file looks like
This is a redacted example of the work product — the evidence pack a specialist builds and files:
“Package showed up two weeks late and the box was crushed. Seller never replied to my emails. Don't order from this store.”
Cited clause: Amazon Community Guidelines — reviews must be about the product, not the seller, packaging, or delivery experience.

How we handle your data
We work entirely from public Amazon review data. We do not access your Seller Central account. Account and payment data are processed by our infrastructure providers — Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Apify (public review scraping), and Google Gemini (AI analysis) — as described in our Privacy Policy. Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account termination, except where retention is required by law.
