The client retains direct control
Agency access is delegated access. The client owns its underlying business, Amazon seller account, credentials, catalog source data, and direct portal control. Review Magic remains the contracting provider and system of record and retains the Review Magic billing relationship, platform business records, and proprietary derived analytics and optimization. The agency owns neither.
The agency cannot remove the client owner or prevent the owner from revoking agency access. The client retains its contractual access and applicable privacy and data rights.
Before the verified client owner accepts the current authorization, the relationship is preauthorized only. The client and its brands do not appear in the agency’s operating portfolio, and no agency routing or operational authority begins.

Paid-action authority is separate
Operational access does not automatically let an agency authorize a success fee. A verified client owner must separately accept the current fee-delegation terms before an agency owner or manager can cross that boundary.
A manifest can request fee delegation during onboarding, but it cannot grant it. The client ceremony is still required.
Who receives notifications
After client authorization, operational case and catalog messages default to the agency for agency-managed clients. Billing, security, ownership, consent, and access-change messages remain client-addressed.
The client can choose client-only or shared operational routing. Revoking the agency automatically returns operational routing to the client.
What happens when agency access is revoked
- Agency operational access ends immediately.
- The client organization, brands, listings, history, and billing remain intact.
- Operational notifications return to the client.
- Past delegated actions remain in the audit history.
- Commercial referral attribution is handled separately from operational access.
