How it works
- 01DetectedPaste a listing. We read the available reviews and flag the ones that may break Amazon’s written policies.
- 02CitedEach candidate is tied to a specific Amazon rule, with the exact words that break it quoted. Reviews without a rule behind them are left alone.
- 03SentOn the Removal Kit, you report the review on Amazon and send the case in Report Abuse in Seller Central. On a Done For You plan, a specialist checks it, and if it holds up, we file it.
- 04RemovedAmazon decides. Click "I Reported It" and we check the review for you. When we file it, we verify the removal on the live listing before any fee bills. If Amazon says no, there is no removal fee.

Common questions
How do you stay TOS compliant?
Every case goes through Amazon's own report channels and quotes Amazon's written rules. No incentives. No buyer contact. No review manipulation. On the Removal Kit, you report it on Amazon and send the case we wrote from your own Seller Central. With File It For Me, we file cases for you up to your monthly limit. On a Done For You plan, we file them for you. The full method is on our Compliance page.
What can and can’t you challenge?
We challenge review text with a specific policy issue: seller or shipping-only complaints, orders and returns, packaging or condition on arrival, harassment, personal information, promotion or spam, or text demonstrably about a different product. We do not challenge a review just because it is negative. Genuine complaints about performance, taste, fit, value, or product safety stay unless the content independently breaks a rule.
Who actually files the appeal?
You choose. On the Removal Kit, we write the case. You report it on Amazon and send the case from your own Seller Central. Add File It For Me, set a monthly limit, and we file cases for you up to that limit. On a Done For You plan, a trained specialist checks every case and files the ones that hold up through Amazon's official channels. Our AI finds reviews that may break Amazon's rules and drafts the evidence. Nothing is sent automatically.
Can I report the reviews myself?
Yes. That's the Removal Kit, $29.97 a month. We watch your products, check your newest low-star reviews against Amazon's written rules, and write every case: the rule, the exact words and the letter. You report it from your own Amazon account and Amazon decides. Don't want to send them? Turn on File It For Me and we send them for $149 each, only when Amazon removes the review. Report only reviews that break a rule. Reporting ones that don't can put your own account at risk.
Do I need to approve anything?
No. We find the violations and write the cases, always putting the reviews most likely to come down first. On the Removal Kit you set one number: your File It For Me limit, the most cases we file for you in a month. You pay $149 only for the ones Amazon removes. The limit starts at 0, so nothing is filed or billed until you raise it. Done For You plans don't even set that. Picking which 1 to 3 star reviews to appeal is our job. Existing Pay Per Removal accounts keep their monthly removal budget.
What if Amazon says no?
You pay no removal fee. On the Removal Kit, your monthly price covers finding and writing the cases either way, and a review that is still up after our last check can be reported once more later if it hasn't changed. On a Done For You plan, the monthly fee covers the monitoring and filing work, and unused free removal credits bank for later while your subscription is active. If we reattempt, it is because something material changed: new evidence, updated guidance, or a clearer policy match.
Do I need to share my Seller Central password?
No. We work from public review data and ask only for the access your plan needs. Your password stays with you. On the Removal Kit, you report the review on Amazon and send the case from your own Seller Central, so you never give us access.
Do you support agencies, multiple accounts, and other marketplaces?
Yes. Every Done For You plan can monitor eligible ASINs from multiple seller accounts in one workspace. Agencies get a dedicated partner program: one portfolio console across every client, we do the casework, and the agency earns a share of the profit, while every legal client keeps its own workspace, billing, and control, and can revoke agency access at any time. Agency clients are always on a Done For You plan. Self-serve onboarding currently supports Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.es, and Amazon.it; agency portfolios can span additional Amazon marketplaces, confirmed during onboarding. The Removal Kit covers up to 10 Amazon.com products, one workspace per seller account. Our standard workflow is for Seller Central and third-party sellers; Vendor Central and 1P are not part of self-serve onboarding today.
How is this different from doing it myself?
You can do it yourself. That's the Removal Kit. The hard part is specificity: finding the exact rule, quoting the exact words that break it, and writing a case Amazon can act on. We do that part for every case, with no templates and no copy-paste. Then you send it, or we do. Every case, citation, and outcome is logged in your dashboard as a case file you can open.
