The short answer
The best Amazon review removal service files only reviews that break Amazon’s written rules, shows you the rule behind every case, and charges a removal fee only when a review actually comes down.
Review Magic is one of these services, so we are not neutral. This guide sets out the questions we would ask any provider, including us, and puts six other providers’ published terms beside ours.
Seven things to check before you hire anyone
- How they file. Reports should go through Amazon’s own channels, such as the Report link on the review or Seller Central support. Ask who submits each case: you, a person on their team, or software.
- What each case rests on. Every case should name the Community Guidelines rule the review breaks and quote the words that break it.
- What they refuse to file. A good provider turns down reviews that are simply negative. Amazon prohibits manipulating its Report feature and holds sellers responsible for agencies acting for them.
- How they count results. A removal rate based on cases filed and one based on all of your critical reviews are different numbers. Ask which one you are being quoted.
- Every fee. Enrollment, monthly platform fees, retainers, and success fees. Ask when a success fee becomes payable and how the removal is confirmed.
- What access they need. Some providers ask to be added as a Seller Central user; some need none. Never hand over your main login.
- What you can see afterward. You should be able to open each case, its citation, and its outcome.
Red flags
- A promise that a specific review will come down, or a set number of removals promised up front. Amazon makes every decision.
- Any plan to contact reviewers, or to offer refunds, gifts, or discounts for changed reviews. Amazon prohibits incentives to change or remove a review.
- Reporting every low-star review in bulk.
- A request for your primary Seller Central password.

How Review Magic answers these questions
- Filing: you choose. On the Removal Kit, we write the case and you send it in two steps: report the review on Amazon, then send the case in Report Abuse in Seller Central. With File It For Me or a Done For You plan, we file it for you. On Done For You, a trained specialist checks every case first.
- Basis: each case names the Amazon rule and quotes the words in the review that break it. Reviews without a rule behind them are left alone.
- Fees: the Removal Kit is $29.97 a month, and a review you report yourself never carries a removal fee. File It For Me is $149 per removal we file, charged only when Amazon removes the review. Done For You starts at $149 a month with free removal credits every month.
- Access: no Seller Central password on any plan. On the Removal Kit you send every case from your own account.
- Visibility: every case, citation, and outcome is logged in your workspace as a case file you can open.
- Coverage: the Removal Kit covers Amazon.com. Done For You self-serve onboarding supports Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.es, Amazon.it.
