What each case gives you
We check your newest low-star reviews against Amazon's written rules. When a review breaks one, we write the case. You get everything you need to report it on Amazon and send the case, in the right order.
- Amazon's rule, in Amazon's own words, with a link to the page it comes from.
- The exact words in the review that break it.
- Why those words break the rule.
- The reason to pick on Amazon's form.
- The letter, ready to paste.
- The review link.
- Posting patterns we saw on your listings, when there are any: counts and dates, never a verdict on the reviewer.
How to report a review on Amazon
Work one case at a time. Each case gives you the review link, the reason to pick and the letter.
Open the review on Amazon
On the case, click Open the review on Amazon. Check that the review is still up. Check that its words match the case. If the review is gone or the words changed, do not report it.
Report it on Amazon
Open the review link. Click Report under the review. Pick the reason shown on the case.
Send the case in Seller Central
Click Copy for Amazon. Open Report Abuse in Seller Central. Paste the letter. Submit it once.
Sample data. Copy for Amazon copies the letter. After you copy, the case asks if you sent it. Mark it reported
Then go back to your Removal Kit. Click I Reported It on that case. Add Amazon's case ID if you got one. We watch the review and tell you what happens.
Sample data. Paste Amazon's case ID if you have one, then click I Reported It.
Protect your seller account
- Report only reviews that break a rule. Reporting ones that don't can put your own account at risk.
- Report each review once in each place: once under the review, once in your own Seller Central. If it is still up after our checks and the case shows Report again, you can report it one more time.
- Never contact the reviewer, and never offer anything to change or remove a review.
What happens next
We watch the review for you and tell you if it comes down. If it is still up after our last check, the case says so.
Each reported case shows how many checks we have done and, while we are still checking, the date of the next one.
A review that is still up can be reported once more after 30 days, if its words have not changed. Use Report again on that case.
Amazon makes every removal decision. A review you report yourself never carries a removal fee.
Why cases arrive a few at a time
A big first kit is released a few cases a day, with a limited number ready at once. That keeps every report deliberate.
Before a case is released, we check the review page when Amazon shows it to us. If the review is gone or its words changed, we take the case out of your kit. Open the review before you report it.
Rather not send them? Turn on File It For Me
Set a monthly limit from 0 to 30 in Billing & Plans. Inside that limit we file the cases ourselves and charge $149 per removal, only when Amazon removes the review. The limit starts at 0, so nothing is filed or billed until you raise it.
We pick which cases to file. A case already in your kit as a letter stays yours to send. Only a workspace owner or billing admin can change the limit.
What the Removal Kit costs and covers
- $29.97 a month, billed monthly. No trial, annual price, promo codes or price matching.
- Up to 10 products you choose, on Amazon.com.
- Nothing to send, nothing to pay. If your first Removal Kit has no case to send, we refund your first month.
- Cancel anytime. Your products pause, nothing new is found or filed, reviews you reported finish their checks, and past kits stay readable.
- Upgrade to a Done For You plan from Billing & Plans. Cases still waiting in your queue move to us to file.
