What Review Magic does

Review Magic monitors active Amazon listings, evaluates reviews for supported policy issues, prepares evidence-backed cases, and tracks the result after a case is filed through Amazon’s official process.

We do not manufacture complaints, promise that Amazon will remove a review, or treat every negative opinion as a violation. A case moves forward only when the available evidence supports a legitimate policy basis.

Choose the correct account shape

A Review Magic organization represents one legal client and one billing relationship. If that client owns several brands, keep those brands inside the same organization as separate brand workspaces. Do not create a new legal-client account for every brand.

Agencies have a separate agency workspace above their client organizations. Client owners retain ownership of their account while authorized agency staff can work across the portfolio.

  • One legal entity with several brands: one client organization, several brand workspaces.
  • Several unrelated legal entities: a separate client organization for each one.
  • An agency managing clients: one agency workspace linked to each client only after client-owner authorization.

Your launch checklist

  1. Confirm the organization name, owner email, and billing contact.
  2. Invite teammates and give each person only the role they need.
  3. Create or confirm the child brand workspaces that own the listings.
  4. Add a valid payment method and choose the appropriate plan.
  5. Import listings with the correct Amazon marketplace and brand assignment.
  6. Review notification routing so case alerts reach the people who will act on them.
  7. Open Cases & Reviews after the initial scan and review any action that needs approval.

What to prepare before a large import

  • The legal client name and verified owner email.
  • A stable internal name or key for each brand.
  • Each ASIN and its Amazon marketplace.
  • A clear brand assignment for every listing.
  • The people who may approve case wording and the people who may authorize fees.
  • For agencies, a client-approved access relationship for each legal client.

What happens after import

Valid, active listings are placed into the monitoring workflow. Work is queued and processed with tenant, brand, plan, and safety limits intact; a large import is not treated as one unbounded job.

You can continue using the portal while work proceeds. The listing and case statuses are the source of truth—do not repeatedly re-import a listing because its first scan is still pending.
